Join Thryve in exploring ways on how we can redefine balance (and reduce burnout) in every stage of our motherhood journey.
Join THRYVE as we talk with a diverse range of wellness experts + productivity pros on the pressure and demands, as modern-day women, we feel to “do it all”. Our dialogue will include the different perspectives and experiences women of all diversities have and how each of them define 'balance' in their motherhood journey. During this experience, we will begin with a grounding meditation led by Michele Kambolis, then move into our panel-led discussion, followed by a mama breakout group and will end the experience with a mindful movement class, led by Melissa Nkomo founder of Kunye, designed for mamas at all stages.
Mamas, it is our hope that after our Thryve experience, you will feel recharged, inspired and most importantly, seen.

*Proceeds of the tickets to The Balancing Act Event will be donated to Giving Sundays, a foundation supporting women, mothers and families in need.
