In Season One, Janet will be leading a Thryve Member-Only 40 minute workshop where you will discover how you can use the basics of every day breathing, release work, Hypopressives, functional movement and strength training to keep you feeling strong and connected, doing all the tasks and activities you enjoy doing, during pregnancy and postpartum. Workshop includes a handout with exercises for self-practice at home.
