Based in Vancouver, Canada, I’m a Brand and Marketing specialist, the founder of Thryve and a Podcast Host — and most importantly, a Mom of two. I’m always on pursuit to exploring new ways to create a well-balanced life as a mother. One of my passions is to create tailored brand and marketing plans for female professionals to cultivate a sustainable and purpose-driven business.
As a business owner and mother, I know that the juggle is real. We often face having to choose between thriving in motherhood, our own health, or our career. I’ve learnt how to multi-task like there’s no tomorrow, but I’ve also discovered that burnout isn’t the solution.
With a background in retail & hospitality, entrepreneurship, communications, marketing and branding, I want to support other women who are looking to re-define success as their journey in life unfolds, all while creating a meaningful and purposeful life.
