It can be frightening to think that our everyday items we live with and put on our bodies are harmful and can have potential effects on our overall health.

While there are more and more brands providing cleaner and safer options, it can still be a challenge to navigate through where to shop and what products to buy. It requires A LOT of research and brand trust.
The term ‘Clean Beauty’ can often mean whatever brands want it to mean. There are so many ingredients in products that are still NOT regulated, even in Canada. In EU, there are over 1400 ingredients regulated, in the US, there’s only 30 and in Canada, there are just over 600 ingredients that are restricted.
