Welcome to the Thryving Mother Podcast — the show that offers ways to rethink, redefine and embrace your expanded identity as a modern day mother — helping YOU through the transformations, changes and emotions that come with motherhood so you can show up as the best version of yourself and thryve in motherhood and beyond. In this episode, I’m sharing my vision of Thryve and this podcast and the journey that I have taken (so far) as a mother of two. I share why showing up for myself has always been so important to me, the roadblocks and learning opportunities along the way and what empowers me the most as a mother. Casey’s passion is to support women gain a strong sense of self, re-define areas in their life so they can truly show up for themselves and family. When she’s not working with her clients and motherhood community, she’s carving out time for herself in between the busyness of motherhood to move her body, meditate, go for walks by the beach, and watching Netflix, while raising her two children, Caiden and Sadie with her life-long partner and husband, Reza in Vancouver, BC.
